Hamid R. Mir, MD, MBA, is a highly experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with a diverse range of clinical appointments, including positions at Hamid Mir MD since September 2004, Providence St. Joseph Health in Southern California since 2016, Hoag Hospital since 2013, and Marina Del Rey Hospital since 2010. Mir completed a combined Neurosurgical/Orthopedic Spine Surgery Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai in 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management, earned between 2017 and December 2020, an M.D. in Medicine from the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from UC San Diego.
