Kaley Meade

Kaley Meade has extensive experience in customer service and communication roles, currently serving as an Admitting Representative at Hoag Hospital since November 2017. Responsibilities include patient check-ins, collection of demographic and insurance information, discussing financial options, and processing payments. Prior experience includes an internship at Prodigy Public Relations, where tasks involved writing press releases, managing media lists, and coordinating events, as well as a position at Rusty America as a Social Media Marketing Intern focusing on client outreach and promotions. Kaley also worked as a Tidepool Educator at Laguna Ocean Foundation, educating the public on marine ecosystems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Public Relations from Azusa Pacific University and an Associate of Arts in Biology from Orange Coast College.
