Tammy Allen has extensive experience in learning technology and instructional design, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Technology & Instructional Design at Hoag Hospital since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tammy held the position of Manager of Learning Operations at Pacific Dental Services from June 2018 to December 2019. Tammy's background also includes significant roles at Advantage Solutions, where responsibilities included Director of Human Resources and National Manager of Talent Systems from November 2010 to January 2018. Earlier in the career, Tammy worked at Chase from May 1987 to December 2009, where roles included Manager of Learning Operations and Sales Support Manager.
