Eliana Rubio is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service and patient care. Currently serving as a Patient Care Assistant at Hoag Orthopedic Institute since July 2020, Eliana plays a crucial role in supporting patient needs. Previously, Eliana worked as a Solution Specialist at Verizon Wireless from July 2014 to November 2018, where a strong passion for technology and exceptional customer service skills were utilized to enhance the in-store experience for customers. Prior experience includes serving as a Cocktail Server at DoubleTree by Hilton from August 2013 to August 2014, ensuring accurate food and drink orders while maintaining presentation standards. Eliana holds educational qualifications from Stanbridge University (2019-2020) and the International Studies Learning Center (2005-2009).
