Emily Brown is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in content creation and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager for Web and Digital Strategy at Hoar Construction since May 2019, Emily has previously held roles as Content Marketing Manager at Healthgrades and Influence Health, where responsibilities included managing diverse content types. Prior work experience includes event planning and content creation for Birmingham Restaurant Week and writing for Freshfully. Emily authored the book "Birmingham Food: A Magic City Menu" and holds an M.F.A. in poetry from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, along with a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Birmingham-Southern College.

Today, we have seven offices in six states and attribute our success to the values our company was founded on. From the beginning, we have had a relentless desire to improve. We constantly seek ways to change not only our own company, but to improve the industry. We saw time and effort being wasted on warranty callbacks, so we created a unique quality control program that is now being used by contractors across the country. We know the biggest problem facing the construction industry is inefficiency, so we work hard to eliminate inefficiency every day. We use creativity and attention to detail to dig deeper than the drawings. We don’t ask, “How do we build this?” We ask, “How do we build this better?”
