Jake Ortego

Jake Ortego, PE, CCE, CCA, is a seasoned professional in construction project management and consulting, currently serving as Principal at HPM since December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Partner and President at JA Cost Engineers and Advisors, Inc., and holding leadership roles at Commercial Cost Control and Deloitte FAS LLC. Jake has extensive engineering experience in the chemical and steel industries, including project management and consulting roles at SNC Lavalin and Eichleay Engineers and Constructors, where management of an engineering office in the Philippines was a notable responsibility. Jake Ortego holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
