Shelby Carter is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and business analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at HPM since January 2023, Shelby has previously held the same position at Romair Construction Inc from June 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at UPS INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, LLC from February 2020 to June 2021, and as a Senior Project Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from June 2017 to February 2020. Shelby began the career as a Project Engineer Intern at Vaughn Construction in early 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
