Andy Cross has over two decades of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as an Associate Director at Hoare Lea since July 2001. Prior to this role, Andy Cross worked as a Mechanical Engineer at BAE SYSTEMS Infrastructure Solutions from September 1996 to July 2001, focusing on building services design for construction projects related to BAE SYSTEMS and Ministry of Defence facilities.
