Kevin Couling

Kevin Couling is an experienced professional in the field of sustainability and engineering, currently serving as Managing Director at Hut22 Ltd since April 2022 and as Project Director at Hoare Lea since August 2019. Previously, Kevin held positions at AECOM from May 2005 to July 2019, including a noteworthy 12-month secondment as a Sustainability Advisor with the Ministry of Justice, where efforts were made to enhance sustainability across a large government department. Additionally, Kevin served as Interim Head of Environment and Energy at the University of Cambridge, focusing on various sustainability initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Regional Director, managing clients' carbon emissions and energy consumption, and a progression from Electrical Engineer to Executive Engineer at Hoare Lea, where Kevin developed designs for multiple project types. Kevin holds a BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering from London South Bank University.
