Paul Winning

Paul Winning is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in building design and consulting. Currently serving as Director at Hoare Lea since January 2016, Paul has previously held significant positions including Associate and Principal Engineer at Hulley and Kirkwood Consulting Engineers from June 2009 to January 2016, and Team Leader at Buro Happold from October 2007 to June 2009. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Engineer and Executive Engineer at Hulley and Kirkwood and Hoare Lea, respectively. Paul Winning holds a B.Eng Hons degree in Building Design Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, obtained between 1994 and 1998, following education at Castlehead High School from 1988 to 1994.
