Thom Bone

Thom Bone serves as Project Director at Hoare Lea since April 2012, progressing through various roles including Associate Director, Senior Associate, and Executive Engineer. Thom is also the Judging Chair and Regional Judge for the British Council for Offices in Northern England, North Wales, and Northern Ireland and has chaired the NextGen Committee in the region. Thom's earlier experience includes a brief role at Broadway Malyan in an Architectural Exchange Programme, part-time lecturing at Leeds Metropolitan University in Building Services Engineering, and roles at Niftylift Ltd where significant achievements included the development of a PLM/PDM strategy. Prior experiences feature an internship as Shadow Planning Supervisor at Bank's Design Architects and leadership roles at Camps Kenwood & Evergreen. Thom holds a 1st Class Hons MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
