Harald Disch

Harald Disch has a strong background in engineering and research, with significant experience in the commercial ware wash machine industry. Harald started their career in 1986 as an Industriemechaniker at Güttermann Group before moving on to Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft as a Dipl. Ing. In 1996, Disch joined Hobart GmbH as an Entwicklungsingenieur and continued working there until 2002. Harald then worked as a Forschungsingenieur at ITW from 2002 to 2003. Disch returned to Hobart GmbH in 2003 as the Manager R&D for commercial stationary Ware Wash Machines and held this position until 2007. From 2007 to 2016, they served as the Manager for Research & New Technologies at ITW Hobart before ultimately being promoted to Director of Global Engineering in 2016.

From 1991 to 1995, Harald Disch attended Offenburg University of Applied Sciences. During this time, they pursued a degree in Machinenbau and successfully completed their studies, earning a Diplom.
