Crystal Laughman

Crystal Laughman has extensive experience in operations and customer service roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Operations Supervisor and previously as an Operations Administrator at Forney Industries since August 2018, Crystal also operates as an Independent Contractor for Elite Caterers since 2009. Prior experience includes positions as an Administrative Assistant at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., a Customer Service Assistant at Spinnaker Coating, LLC, and a Residential Sales Representative at The R.W. Earhart Company. Crystal's career began as a Customer Service Representative at Clopay Building Products and Weiler Welding Company Inc., demonstrating strong capabilities in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting sales efforts. Crystal holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from ITT Technical Institute-Dayton, completed in 2015, and attended Edison State Community College from 2001 to 2002.
