Johan A. Gustavsson

Johan A. Gustavsson is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate, technology, retail, and finance. As the Founder and Executive Chairman of Vencom since 1994, Johan has spearheaded investment and development initiatives in the Nordic real estate sector, working closely with institutional investors. Johan also founded BESQAB AB, serving as its Chairman from 2006 to 2023, focusing on sustainable residential developments. In the tech industry, Johan is a Co-founder and Board Member of Artificial Solutions, which leads in AI technologies. Additionally, Johan has held various leadership roles, including Chairman of HOBBEX, a hobby product retailer, and previously at Hop Lun and Naturkompaniet, both in the retail sector. Johan's early career includes positions in corporate finance at SEB and leadership at Unga Aktiesparare. Johan holds an education from the Stockholm School of Economics.
