Bradley Cardoso Aia

Bradley Cardoso, AIA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Bradley currently holds the position of Vice President, Director of Design and Construction at Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC, where they lead the Real Estate Development/Project Implementation team and manages the programming, design, engineering, and construction of commercial real estate projects. Prior to this, Bradley held the role of Principal Architect, Staff Vice President, Manager of Corporate Real Estate Development at the same company.

Before joining Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC, they worked as a Principal Architect and Manager of Project Development and Implementation Services at the company. In this role, they were responsible for leading the design and project implementation process for new buildings and major renovations for Hobbs Brook Real Estate's portfolio and FM Global's offices worldwide.

Bradley has also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at Margulies Perruzzi Architects, where they specialized in managing complex projects in the healthcare sector. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Project Architect at DiGiorgio Associates Inc., where they led project planning and construction activities and provided design and technical leadership to the team.

Early in their career, Bradley served as a Project Manager at Indus Systems, Inc. and as a Project Engineer/Assistant Site Superintendent at Walsh Construction. Bradley started their career as a Facilities Intern at Southcoast Hospitals Group.

Throughout their career, Bradley has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of design and construction processes. Bradley has successfully managed and delivered various projects, including commercial real estate developments, healthcare facilities, and infrastructure projects.

Bradley Cardoso, AIA obtained their Bachelor of Architecture (BARCH) degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in the field of Architecture. Bradley attended the institute from 1989 to 1994. In December 2001, they earned the certification of Registered Architect from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
