Jake Tancrede

Jake Tancrede is a seasoned building engineer currently serving as the Lead Building Engineer at Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC since November 2022. With prior experience at Astellas Pharma US as a Building Engineer and eClinicalWorks in the same role, Jake has developed a strong foundation in building systems management. Earlier career positions include Lead Building Engineer and Building Engineer at Emcor, as well as an HVAC apprentice at MSI Mechanical Systems Inc. Jake holds a diploma in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District, earned from 2011 to 2015.
