Caleb Norris is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Lewis and Clark Indian Law Program at Lewis & Clark Law School since July 2024. Simultaneously, Caleb works as an Associate Attorney at Hobbs, Straus, Dean & Walker, LLP, beginning in April 2022, and previously held the position of Intellectual Property Attorney at IpHorgan Ltd. from May 2021 to April 2022, where assistance was provided to domestic and international clients on various intellectual property matters. Prior roles include Attorney at Loevy & Loevy Attorneys At Law and Law Clerk positions at OPB and the Native American Rights Fund, as well as a Legal Intern at the Tribal Law & Policy Institute. Caleb Norris holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by an educational stint at The London School of Economics and Political Science.

We have represented numerous tribal clients before tribal and federal courts, including a number of cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. We combine that insight with a thorough understanding of the complex issues surrounding local tribal law, tribal custom, and federal Indian law.
