Marianna Gray

Marianna Gray, MHRM, MBA has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marianna started their career in 2004 as a Bartender at Mike's Bar and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Marianna worked at DeVry University, initially as an Operations Support Coordinator and later as a Student Support Advisor, where they provided guidance and support to students for academic and financial success. In 2011, they joined Save the Date Special Events, LLC as an Event and Floral Designer, showcasing their creativity and design skills. In 2016, Marianna worked as a Mobile Bartending Service provider at Level 21 Bar Service, LLC. Since 2015, they have been employed at Hobby Lobby, starting as a Leave Representative and progressing to roles like Benefits/HR Compliance Coordinator, Senior Leave Representative, Leave Department Supervisor, and currently, Asst. Director of Employee Benefits. In their various roles at Hobby Lobby, Marianna has demonstrated expertise in leave of absence programs, compliance, policy development, and department efficiency.

Marianna Gray, MHRM, MBA has a diverse education history. In 1998, they earned a High School Diploma in General Studies from Meade Senior High School. Marianna then pursued higher education at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Police Science from 2003 to 2005. Marianna later attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Continuing their education, they attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, specializing in Human Resources Management, and received a Master's degree from 2011 to 2013. Marianna further enhanced their knowledge and skills by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2014 to 2015.
