Monica Burdine

Monica Burdine is an experienced Art Manager in the Art & Creative Department at Hobby Lobby, leading and developing teams since May 2014. Previous roles at Hobby Lobby include Batch Team Leader and Graphic Design Project Coordinator, where Monica provided vision and managed complex projects involving multiple art collections. Prior to Hobby Lobby, Monica worked as a Graphic Designer at CAP Carpet, Inc. and Dondlinger & Sons Construction, where responsibilities included designing marketing materials and managing production processes. Monica began the career in retail management as an Assistant Manager at Famous Footwear, and has also freelanced as a Graphic Designer, delivering various branding and collateral projects. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Newman University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Cowley County Community College.
