Rachel Wallace

Rachel Wallace is an experienced retail professional with a significant background in management and customer service. Since October 2021, Rachel has served as a Store Manager at Hobby Lobby, following a progression of roles including Co Manager. Prior to this, Rachel spent over 17 years at Walmart, taking on various positions such as Coach, Co Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager, and Associate. Rachel's career began at Richardsons Supermarket as a Bookkeeper/Cashier from August 1999 to May 2004, where excellent customer service skills were developed, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for balancing registers. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Missouri Western State University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
