Joe Rios

Joe Rios, MBA has over 20 years of experience in leading complex retrofit refinery and petrochemical pollution control projects. Joe has held director-level management and leadership roles in Engineering and Sales, with a focus on streamlining industry standards. Joe's market influence in pollution control extends to energy, industrial, and petrochemical market segments worldwide. Joe is currently serving as the Director of Sales, Process Industry Americas at Hobré Instruments since December 2018. Prior to that, Joe was the Director of Business Development at Sisu Energy and Environmental from March 2017 to November 2018. Joe also has a strong background in sales, having served as the Sales Director and Sales Manager at Peerless Mfg. Co. from October 2008 to April 2017, and as the Sales Product Manager from October 2008 to December 2013. Additionally, Joe has experience as a Manager of Engineering and as a Project Manager/Lead Project Engineer, executing and installing several hundred projects in the power, oil & gas, and refinery industries both domestically and internationally.

Joe Rios, MBA, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1993 and 1999. Joe later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2014 from Texas Woman's University.
