Andrew Midwood

Andrew Midwood currently serves as an Executive Advisor at Hoch Consulting since August 2025. Previously, Andrew held the position of Executive Vice President Growth at CONSOR Engineers from January 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included managing business development and client services. Prior to that, Andrew was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Murraysmith from January 2017 until its merger with CONSOR. Andrew's earlier experience includes the role of National Business Development Director at Otak from February 2012 to January 2017, Director of Federal Business Development at F&D International, LLC from 2009 to 2012, and Water Resource Consultant at Aqua Sierra, Inc. from September 2006 to December 2008. Andrew also worked as an Environmental Consultant at Recreation Engineering and Planning from July 2005 to September 2006. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Fisheries Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
