With extensive experience in the ceramics industry, including roles at Royal Tern Ceramics Philippines where Joel held multiple titles such as Safety Officer, Production Superintendent, and Kiln Consultant from February 2015 to March 2022, as well as experience at Roca Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Kiln Technical Specialist, Joel specializes in kiln operation, process improvements, and production planning aimed at optimizing efficiency and reducing costs. Joel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and vocational training in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology.
