Joachim von Lukowicz

Joachim von Lukowicz is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and project management. With a career spanning over two decades, Joachim has been with HOCHTIEF since February 2006, where current roles include Geschäftsführer HOCHTIEF PPP Operations and Head of Operation - Transport Infrastructure Europe, in addition to serving as Senior Project Manager in Business Development. Prior to HOCHTIEF, Joachim worked as a Project Manager at GELSENWASSER AG from December 2001 to January 2006. Joachim holds a Doctorate in Civil Engineering (Doktor) from RWTH Aachen University, completed in 2001, and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Civil Engineering from the same institution, obtained in 1996. Further academic experience includes studies at Kyoto University in Japan and Imperial College London.
