Tessa Lievestro currently serves as a Design Coordinator at HOCHTIEF Nederland, working on a tender for a complex civil construction project in an urban setting. Tessa has extensive experience in civil engineering, having previously held positions such as Structural Engineer at Ingenieursbureau van de gemeente Amsterdam, where responsibilities included designing quay walls and evaluating bridge foundations. Tessa's background also includes a role as Graduate Trainee at Arcadis, focusing on research related to living trees as structural elements, and active participation in various organizations, including being a Partner and Board Member at Soulband Capital S, a twelve-piece Soul Funk and Disco band. Tessa has further contributed as Treasurer for the Value of Design Symposium and held several committee roles at D.S.J.V. Groover. Tessa holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has an additional Bachelor's degree from the University of Bristol.
