Justin Rhodes (Jay)

Justin (Jay) Rhodes has previous experience working as the Manager of Employee Engagement & Culture at Ho-Chunk, Inc. starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Briar Cliff University from August 2013 to September 2022, where they held the role of Director of Multicultural Programming/First Year Academic Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and facilitating cultural programs, promoting inclusivity on campus, and supporting the success of minority students. Additionally, they were involved in First Year Experience initiatives, including facilitating a learning community and teaching first-year courses.

Justin (Jay) Rhodes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Briar Cliff University in the years 2008 to 2012. Justin (Jay) furthered their education at Liberty University from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling. Most recently, in 2022 to 2023, they pursued a Certificate in Organizational Leadership in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at the University of Dubuque.
