John Roman

John Roman is a Solidworks Drafter at Boyd Industries, Inc. since October 2023, with a diverse background in engineering, maintenance, and youth activities. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Cox Industries, Mechanical Engineering Technician at L&L Kilns, and Maintenance Technician at Smithfield Foods. Roman also has experience as a Technician at Kirkwood Auto Center and Sheridan Ford Sales, and served as an Administrative Coordinator at BAYADA Home Health Care. In addition to technical expertise, Roman has been involved with the Hockessin Athletic Club for over 16 years, focusing on youth sports activities and event coordination. Roman holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology and an Associate's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology, both from Delaware Technical Community College.
