Chesa Lucking has a diverse work experience that includes roles in different companies. From November 2010 to November 2012, they worked as a Corporate Administrative Assistant at Keywest Projects Ltd. Then, in December 2012, they joined Hockey Canada as an Executive Assistant, holding this position until November 2014. Following this, Chesa Lucking continued their journey at Hockey Canada, taking on the role of Generalist, People, Culture & Inclusion from November 2014 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People Culture and Inclusion at Hockey Canada, starting in March 2023.
Chesa Lucking's education history includes a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Calgary, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Administrative Information Management, specializing in Administration.
In addition to their formal education, Chesa Lucking has also obtained other certifications. In October 2022, they completed a certification in Data Analytics for HR from Lighthouse Labs. In December 2019, they earned the designation of CPHR Candidate from CPHR Alberta.

Hockey Canada
Hockey Canada is the national governing body for grassroots hockey in this country. The organization works in conjunction with the 13 provincial branches, the Canadian Hockey League and a number of associate member organizations in growing the game at all levels. Hockey Canada oversees the management of programs in Canada from entry-level to high performance teams and competitions, including world championships and the Olympic Winter Games. Hockey Canada is also Canada’s voice within the International Ice Hockey Federation. Hockey Canada has offices in Calgary and Ottawa, and operates regional centres in Western Canada, Ontario and Quebec. ********* Hockey Canada est l’organisation nationale régissant le hockey local partout au pays.
