Michael McGinnis has a vast amount of experience in the hockey industry, with roles ranging from regional scout to skill instructor to head coach. Michael has been involved with various organizations such as Canmore Eagles Junior "A" Hockey Club, Hockey Alberta, and Hockey Canada. In addition to their on-ice roles, Michael is also an independent business owner at Norcan Hockey, where Michael focuses on video resource development for coaches and players. With a background in technical sales and a degree in Motorcycle Technician from NAIT, Michael brings a unique skill set to the world of hockey development.
