Steve Metcalf

Steve Metcalf has extensive experience in athletic administration, currently serving as the Commissioner of the Hockey East Association since April 2020. Previously, Steve held the position of Deputy Athletic Director at the University of New Hampshire from 1997 to April 2020, overseeing the administration of 20 intercollegiate programs, including responsibilities for hiring coaches, personnel management, budgeting, fundraising, and addressing gender equity and diversity issues. Steve holds a Master's degree in Sports Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, both from the University of New Hampshire.
