The Coaching and Training team at the Hockey East Association focuses on developing and implementing training programs to enhance athlete performance, ensuring players maintain peak physical condition, and devising game strategies to maximize team success. They work collaboratively to mentor and support athletes, manage on-ice and off-ice training sessions, and foster a competitive, professional playing environment.
