Shane O'Donoghue Oly

Shane O'Donoghue OLY is a multifaceted professional currently focused on employee engagement and experience at RSA Insurance Ireland since June 2021. An esteemed Irish international hockey player, Shane has been associated with Hockey Ireland since January 2010 and also serves as a sports strategy developer, working to address participation dropouts. As a performance coach and business coaching specialist with Mentally Fit since August 2018, Shane leverages extensive expertise in personal and executive coaching. Previously, Shane was a professional hockey player for KHC Dragons from August 2014 to May 2020, where significant achievements included being a two-time Belgium Champion and coaching the Belgium U19 team to two championship wins. Shane's educational background includes several degrees and diplomas in sports psychology and organizational development from reputable institutions, alongside participation in the 2016 Rio Olympics under the International Olympic Committee.
