Alfonso Contrisciani, CMC, is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef Owner at Black Diamond Distillery, Tap Room and Steakhouse and Chief Executive Officer of Alfonso’s Italian Grill & Event Center, Alfonso also holds the positions of President at A & J Organic Farms and Chef Alfonso's Oliver Farms LLC. Additionally, Alfonso is the Owner of Alfonsos Italian Kitchen & Bakery and a founding member and trustee of the Ohio Produce Farmers Cooperative. With a strong background in culinary education, including degrees from Johnson & Wales University, Alfonso has been involved in various endeavors such as directing hospitality programs at Hocking College and previously serving as President of the Perry County Farmers Cooperative. Celebrated for advocating sustainable practices, Alfonso specializes in fresh, local ingredients and has a rich history of leadership in farm-to-table concepts.
