Juan Marcuzzi

Juan Marcuzzi is an experienced property management professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at hockingstuart since October 2015. Previously, Juan held the position of General Manager at Easy Short Stays Pty Ltd from May 2011 to August 2015, overseeing a portfolio of over 30 properties and more than 150 tenants while actively generating new business opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Hotel Jalisco, where responsibilities encompassed the daily management of hotel operations and financial planning. Early in their career, Juan completed a traineeship at CEDHA, focusing on human rights and environmental law. Juan holds a degree in law from UNC Argentina and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Melbourne, with an additional qualification as an Agent's Representative from REIV in 2011.
