Louise Lynch

Louise Lynch has extensive experience in recruitment, training, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Recruitment and Training Specialist for the Integration Initiative at YMCA Hockomock since February 2011, Louise focuses on enabling children and teens with special needs to engage in sports and social activities with their peers while also recruiting and training volunteers. Previous roles include Organisation Design Consultant at McKesson & NorthStar, specializing in management development and project management, and Recruitment Professional at Pfizer, where recruitment and onboarding processes for Engineering and Science professionals were developed. Additional experience includes leadership positions at PepsiCo as Country Manager for Benefits & Staffing, HR Manager at Decare Systems Ireland, and Snr Employee Relations Specialist at Seagate Technology. Louise holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Quality Management Systems, Lean Black Belt from the University of Limerick.
