Tara O. has held various IT and operations roles since 2003. Tara began their career as Operations Manager for Total Education Solutions, where they managed the information and maintenance departments for 6 locations across 4 states and a non-profit private school campus. From 2006 to 2013, they served as Director of Network Operations for FreeConferenceCall.com, overseeing the development of more than 60 data centers across multiple continents with a partially outsourced staff of 100. Since 2013, Tara has worked as a Senior IT Consultant for various clients, designing, documenting, and managing IT infrastructure for an international call center, implementing trouble ticket reporting, creating a disaster recovery process, mitigating security risks, administering Salesforce, and improving mobile apps and IVR's. Tara is currently a Senior Information Technology Project Manager for HOCS Consulting Inc.

Tara O. earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the Los Angeles Community College District between 2000 and 2005. In June 2010, they obtained a certification in Genband G9 Operations & Administration from GENBAND.
