Prior to this role, Benjamin worked at Burton Snowboards from November 2009 to June 2015, where responsibilities included leading sales, providing exceptional customer service, training staff, overseeing operations, and contributing to product merchandising. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and completed a PMP prep course at Bryant University in 2014.
