Rick Wellington

Rick Wellington is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Broker Realtor at Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby's International Realty since August 2022, Rick previously worked as a Realtor at RE/MAX Advantage from April 2015 to August 2022. Rick also contributed as a Board Member for the Friends Wake Solid and Water Conservation District between 2012 and 2013, focusing on fundraising and public awareness for resource conservation in Wake County. Rick co-founded Plexus Realty, LLC, serving as Co-Owner and Broker-in-charge from January 2001 to June 2010, where responsibilities included agent recruitment and training. Earlier experiences include roles as a Realtor at Howard Perry and Walston and Frontier Real Estate Services. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal/Food Science from The University of Georgia, earned between 1983 and 1987.
