Kay Carr

Kay Carr is an experienced regulatory reporting professional who currently holds the position of Regulatory Reporting Manager at Hodge since March 2025. Prior to this role, Kay served as Regulatory Reporting Manager at Tandem Bank from August 2023 to March 2025, and at Pepper Money UK from June 2022 to August 2023. Kay's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Principality Building Society, where various roles included Senior Financial Risk Lead, Senior Internal Auditor, Group Forecasting Analyst, and Financial Risk Analyst from October 2011 to July 2022. Kay Carr holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics with International Politics from the University of Wales Aberystwyth (2004-2007), an MSc in Economics and International Economics from the University of Nottingham (2007-2008), and is a member of ACCA, having completed the qualification between 2010 and 2013.
