Bill McLaughlin

Bill McLaughlin is a Senior Legal Counsel and Partner at Hodgson Russ LLP, specializing in public utility regulation and energy matters since September 2021. McLaughlin represents private and municipal clients on electric generation and transmission infrastructure development, navigating state permitting and siting processes before various New York State regulatory bodies. Prior to this role, McLaughlin worked as an Attorney at THE DAX LAW FIRM, P.C. from January 2010 to September 2021, focusing on the siting, permitting, and interconnection of major renewable energy facilities, while advising clients on regulatory approvals.
