Lindsay A. Menasco

Lindsay focuses her practice on education law, special education law, and labor and employment law. She has previously counseled public school districts and boards of education on a variety of issues, including student disciplinary matters, special education litigation, general school law, and labor and employment matters, and the development and implementation of school district policies.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Lindsay worked at a local BOCES where she assisted school districts throughout New York State with policy and regulation development, codes of conduct, and other guidance documents, and then in labor relations services where she served as a hearing officer in student disciplinary proceedings, conducted employee and student investigations, and counseled school district clients on general labor relations matters.
