Nikolay Clark

Nikolay Clark is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a diverse background in treasury management, tax preparation, and banking operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Controller for Treasury & Trust Accounting at Hodgson Russ LLP, Nikolay oversees firm cash flow and manages trust and escrow transactions. As the Owner and Tax Preparer at Small World Taxes LLC, Nikolay operates a fully digital tax and bookkeeping practice. Previous roles include Bank Officer at Evans Bank, where management of accounting operations was key, and various finance-related positions at M&T Bank, including Corporate Reporting Financial Analyst. Involvement with Alpha Kappa Psi fraternity enriched Nikolay’s financial leadership capabilities, further complemented by an MBA from Canisius University and dual degrees in Accounting and International Relations from SUNY Geneseo.
