Patrick Fitzgerald

Patrick Fitzgerald currently serves as a Partner at Hodgson Russ LLP, having previously held similar partner roles at Phillips Lytle LLP. Fitzgerald has extensive experience in environmental law, real estate, and telecommunications, with practice areas encompassing regulatory compliance, due diligence, and zoning disputes. Prior to entering private practice, Fitzgerald was the Chief Executive Officer at FCR Capital Holdings and directed the Redistricting Clearinghouse Project at the University at Buffalo Law School. Early career experiences include a law clerk position at the Erie County Attorney's Office and as a manufacturer's representative at APC Associates, achieving significant sales results. Fitzgerald holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Math from St. John Fisher University.
