Christopher Funk

Christopher Funk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2009, they started as the Operations Coordinator at Peninsula Volleyball Official Association, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Business Development Consultant at Acacia Creek Retirement Community before becoming an Operations Manager at SBM Site Services, LLC from August 2012 to March 2013. Christopher then transitioned to Lettieri & Co. as the Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager, responsible for overseeing purchasing, inventory control, and cost accounting functions. In December 2013, they joined PepsiCo - Gatorade as a Cost Accountant and Supply Chain Sr. Finance Analyst, where they performed various financial and operational tasks related to cost analysis, payroll processing, journal entries, and inventory reconciliation until February 2015. Christopher also worked as the Treasurer for the Alumni Association at California State University, East Bay from an unspecified start date until March 2015. Christopher then joined Tyson Foods in March 2015 as a Cost Analyst until October 2019, and later became the Controller at Hodo from November 2019 onwards. Christopher then went on to California State University - East Bay, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from 2007 to 2012. Christopher further pursued their education at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Innovation from 2013 to 2020.
