Green Associate Yujue Gu

Yujue Gu, LEED Green Associate, is an experienced architect and designer with a diverse background in architecture and project management. Currently serving as an Architect Designer at 华东建筑设计研究总院 ECADI since June 2019 and as an Architectural Designer at Hoefer Wysocki since July 2018, Yujue has also contributed to the Illini Bookstore as a Student Assistant. Previous roles include Project Designer at Shanghai United Design Group, where responsibilities encompassed project management, site visits, client meetings, design, and material selection for various notable projects. Prior experience includes positions as a Retail Designer at Shanghai Power Commercial Design & Engineering Co., Ltd. and Architecture Intern at Tontsen LTD, among other internships. Yujue holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design/Architecture from Tongji University.
