Will Chmylak

Will Chmylak is an accomplished healthcare designer and senior project manager with extensive experience in the architecture industry. Currently working at Hoefer Welker since September 2025, Will previously held leadership roles at HOK, including Principal and Texas Healthcare Practice Leader. With a career spanning over two decades, Will has also served as Associate Principal at Hoefer Welker and ACI Boland Architects, as well as Principal and Project Manager at HMN Architects, and Project Manager at HDR. Early in the career, Will worked at HOK in various capacities, contributing to significant projects like the renovation of Kauffman Stadium. Will holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University and has a strong foundation in healthcare and science & technology markets.
