Donal Duggan's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 1987 to 1991, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law from the University of Limerick. Following that, from 1994 to 1995, they pursued a Post Grad degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university. In 1995 to 1996, they furthered their studies with a Post Grad degree in Computer Science from the University of Limerick.
Moving forward, in 2019, Donal attended the BI Norwegian Business School for an Executive Masters program specializing in Strategic Analytics Management. Donal completed this program within the same year. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued an Msc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Limerick.
In addition to their degrees, Donal Duggan obtained a certification called "Platinum Disk" from the Irish Music Rights Organisation Limited. Donal achieved this certification in November 1990.

Höegh Autoliners operates 11 trade routes in global trade systems, with about 3 000 port calls annually. Our ocean services consist of 10 deep sea trades and a shortsea Caribbean service. Our fleet consists of around 40 vessels. With a fleet designed for maximum flexibility, we are able to cater for a wide variety of cargo. Our customers range from global vehicle manufacturers to producers of high and heavy construction equipment and other rolling and non-rolling stock. As a result, we operate through about 16 local offices worldwide, along with a network of dedicated agencies. Our head office is situated in Oslo, Norway, where the company was founded in 1927.
