Bjoern Berg

Bjoern Berg is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in LNG and FSRU projects, currently serving as Project Manager at Höegh LNG since December 2022. Previously, Bjoern held various roles at Höegh LNG, including Site Manager for multiple LNG newbuilding projects and Senior Project Superintendent for a pre-operation FSRU newbuilding project. Bjoern's background also includes key positions at Hoegh LNG Fleet Management AS, where responsibilities ranged from Captain to Project Advisor, as well as experience as 2nd Officer and Chief Officer with Knutsen OAS Shipping AS and other companies. Bjoern's educational background comprises a Master Mariner degree from Tønsberg Maritime College and training as a deck cadet and apprentice.
