Sasa Krstacic

Sasa Krstacic is an experienced marine engineer with a comprehensive background in the LNG and VLCC sectors. Currently serving as a 2nd engineer and 1st assistant engineer at Höegh LNG since December 2013, Sasa has worked on significant vessels such as FSRU Hoegh Esperanza and FSRU Neptune, overseeing operations related to cargo machinery, loading, discharging, and maintenance of regas equipment. Prior roles at Höegh LNG included positions as a 3rd engineer and 2nd engineer, contributing to various LNG carriers and VLCCs. Sasa's career began at Overseas Shipholding Group, where responsibilities included working as a 4th engineer and 3rd assistant engineer. Sasa holds a Master's degree in Marine Engineering from the Faculty of Maritime Studies Rijeka, University of Rijeka, and completed education at Maritime High School in Mali Losinj.
