Jade MacAlma

Jade Macalma has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Jade started their career as a Desktop Support/IT Specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where they provided support to over 4000 end users and collaborated with clinical applications specialists. Jade then joined Arrowhead General Insurance Agency as a Support Services Associate, where they resolved PC and network-related issues, created user accounts, and supported remote access using Citrix. Currently, they are working at Hoehn Motors as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing the operation of dealership-wide computer systems, establishing and maintaining the network environment, and ensuring data security. Prior to their current role, they served as a Systems Administrator at Hoehn Motors, managing IT resources, converting physical servers into virtual machines, and implementing a companywide wireless network using Cisco Meraki.

Jade Macalma completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Advanced Networking from the University of Phoenix. Jade attended the University from 2010 to 2016. Prior to their university studies, Jade obtained their High School Diploma from the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts from 1996 to 2000.
